Its latest rollout, Connect to Bank, automates the daily pull of balances and transactions from thousands of institutions—wiping out manual uploads and giving firms cleaner, faster visibility into their cash activity.

I champion close collaboration between product, engineering, UX, and client-facing teams to drive exceptional customer outcomes. Currently serve as SVP and Head of Product Management at AgilLink (an RBC company), where I lead strategy, vision, and full-cycle delivery of our specialized financial SaaS platform.
