The Larry Kraus Family Office Tech-NEW-logy Institute
Technology Awareness Seminars for Single and Multi-Family Office Personnel
Founded by Philip Strassler, the Tech-NEW-logy Institute is a series of seminars introducing and highlighting tech solutions for modern family offices. The Institute is named after the late Larry Kraus, a leader in the Single-Family Office community with a vision to provide tax training to financial non-tax professionals. Phil Strassler expanded the Institute based on the SFO community request to learn more about tech and operations.
The programs are moderated by leading technology consultants interviewing tech founders and leaders delving into the motivations and innovations underpinning their systems. Two non-competitive tech solutions are interviewed in each program. Participants are selected by Phil Strassler and members of the Institute’s steering committee. You can view all participants to date in the Media Library.
FOTechHub plays a dual role as a member of the steering committee and as a collaborator. We provide a platform for the programs through our events portal and website. Between 7 and 9 programs are scheduled throughout the year.
The Institute is unique in that it is not sponsorship based; the only cost incurred by the tech solutions is an administrative expense to cover the costs. There are no other fees and no charges for viewers.
