How the Peer Community Works

2. Is the FOTechHub Community free? 

Yes, there is currently no fee to participate.

We run the peer groups as a strategic investment in the ecosystem. They provide direct insight into what operators are navigating, which informs our broader programming and industry initiatives.

Our revenue model sits separately through structured sponsor programming and events. The peer groups themselves are intentionally non-commercial.

Across all parts of FOTechHub, we operate according to several core principles:

• No hidden sales agendas
• No paid-for thought leadership
• No commissions from vendors or other providers
• No data selling

Operator dialogue is not influenced by commercial pressure.

3. How Members Are Verified

Membership is curated, not open access. Review is conducted directly by the founder. 

We focus on quality of dialogue, not scale.

Members typically join through:

• Trusted introductions
• Direct conversations

Participants complete an onboarding form and we independently confirm alignment before approving access. Our process is qualitative, including: 

• Role alignment
  Members are operational decision-makers involved in system selection, oversight, implementation, or use. Our peer groups are designed for operators accountable for systems inside their organization.
• Organisational context
  We distinguish between SFOs and MFOs, with MFO participation considered case by case. Sales, business development and other commercial roles, as well as implementation and other consultants are excluded to preserve candour and integrity.
