Technology Management Concepts (TMC) has acquired The TM Group (TMG) to deepen its Microsoft ERP, CRM, Power Platform, and cloud capabilities. The deal brings together two Microsoft-focused consultancies with long histories in ERP and CRM delivery, expanding TMC’s bench, customer base, and expertise across data, automation, AI, security, and infrastructure.
Founded in 1987 and based in California, TMC is led by CEO and founder Jennifer Harris. Michigan-based TMG was founded in 1984 and has built a strong family office practice serving several prominent family offices. Former TMG President & COO Judy Thomas has joined TMC as a Vice President and will continue working closely with clients, reflecting a values-led combination focused on preserving long-term relationships while supporting modernisation across the Microsoft stack.
