Opto Investments has appointed Warren Seubel as VP of Sales and Revenue, as the firm scales its presence with RIAs, family offices, and institutional investors facing a more challenging private markets environment. Seubel will lead Opto’s commercialization efforts, supporting CIOs and allocators as private market allocations grow and investment teams are asked to evaluate a far broader opportunity set with limited resources.
As part of his remit, Seubel will oversee the rollout and adoption of Opto’s Diligence AI, which automates core diligence workflows including data extraction from documents, benchmarking funds and managers, and generating investment committee materials. The hire supports Opto’s strategy to enable active, selective private markets investing through an end-to-end platform spanning research, portfolio construction, fund administration, capital calls, and reporting. Seubel brings more than two decades of experience across Wall Street and fintech, including senior roles at CAIS and as an early leader at Addepar.
